* Fix mingw32 build with gcc 4.8.2Tatsuhiro Tsujikawa2014-03-241-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | Now mingw-w64 C++ compiler defines __USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO to 1, we have to follow it as well. We hope that mingw version of stdio function behaves like Linux ones. We have not tested them thoroughly yet. pthread for windows defines its own HAVE_STRUCT_TIMESPEC macro. To avoid warning, we rename our version of it as HAVE_A2_STRUCT_TIMESPEC.

* Added global::cerr. windows.h now included from common.hTatsuhiro Tsujikawa2011-08-101-1/+2
| | | | | | | We replaced most of std::cerr with global::cerr. windows.h is now included from common.h. Before including it, we define WINVER. We renamed some variable name because some macros in windows.h collide with them.
* Use global::cout to output string to stdout.Tatsuhiro Tsujikawa2011-08-091-0/+58
In MinGW32 build, global::cout is WinConsoleFile. When outputing to console, it uses WriteConsoleW, so Unicode characters are written. Fixed memory leak in WChar<->MultiByte conversion functions. The portion of code which uses std::cout is rewritten to use global::cout.
