batman-adv: Rebuild on CONFIG_BATMAN_ADV_* changes
The buildsystem doesn't know that the KernelPackage/*/config kconfig
symbols are related to the batman-adv package build. It is necessary to
explicitly define it via PKG_CONFIG_DEPENDS.
