prometheus-node-exporter-lua: adapt 0.16 metrics
Prometheus introduced some new conventions on how to name metrics.
Read here https://prometheus.io/docs/practices/naming/
This PR breaks compatibility with past versions, just like the officials
node exporter! 💥
