net/mosquitto: add PROVIDES to daemon and library
Adding PROVIDES to both the daemon and library and -nossl variants allow
downstream packages to simply declare a single dependency.
mosquitto-client however, still needs to explicitly depend on the ssl or
nossl variant however.
