   -Wall -Wextra -Wno-unused-parameter -Werror ${CFLAGS}

- pcscdaemon: -v displays internal constants values:
  MAX_READERNAME & PCSCLITE_MAX_READERS_CONTEXTS
- Some other minor improvements
