libwebsockets: Upgrade to 2.4.0 and drop wolfssl for mbedtls
Libwebsockets 2.4.0 now includes mbedtls as a first class citizen.
Drop the problematic and poorly supported wolf/cyassl variant and add
mbedtls variant instead.
