To generate these files, run 'autoreconf -i'.
Since libgnutls.m4 is no longer distributed, we removed
AM_PATH_LIBGNUTLS from configure.ac.

Fixed compiler warning about redefinition of SIZE_MAX.
Use common.h instead of config.h directly here.
