2010-07-09 Tatsuhiro Tsujikawa <t-tujikawa@users.sourceforge.net>
Fixed the bug that AdaptiveFileAllocationIterator::finished()
returns false even if offset_ >= totalLength_. This causes
ftruncate error for seeding torrents.
