2010-11-12 Tatsuhiro Tsujikawa <t-tujikawa@users.sourceforge.net>
Removed SharedHandle::isNull(). Instead we added operator* and
operator unspecified_bool_type. Removed use of WeakHandle and
replaced with raw pointer.
