* src/main.cc:
Added ENABLE_MESSAGE_DIGEST to skip checksum checking when the
message
digest support is not available.
* src/MetalinkEntry.cc
(check): Added ENABLE_MESSAGE_DIGEST. Return true if the message
digest
support is not available.
