	In MinGW32 build, global::cout is WinConsoleFile. When outputing to console, it uses WriteConsoleW, so Unicode characters are written. Fixed memory leak in WChar<->MultiByte conversion functions. The portion of code which uses std::cout is rewritten to use global::cout.
